Starting August 18, 2025, Makita implemented an improved warranty policy for all tools purchased in the Philippines. This updated program reflects Makita’s continuous effort to strengthen after-sales support and deliver exceptional value to its customers nationwide.
Under the enhanced warranty policy, all eligible Makita tools purchased from authorized dealers will receive extended coverage. To avail of this improved support, customers are required to present a valid proof of purchase together with a duly accomplished warranty card at the nearest authorized Makita Service Center.
